window cleaning

1.0 what to expect

Our pure water system is effective at cleaning general dirt and grime of window if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete or paint) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frame on your windows pure water will not remove these. any windows inaccessible or deemed unsafe to clean we will not clean them.

1.1 Bad weather 

we clean in the rain but any weather that may affect safety we will reschedule at the earlies availability any work that is compromise  we will return and re clean as long as we are notified within 24 hr of the clean.

1.2 Ending our service 

if for any reason you would want to end our service you can do so by phone, text or email contacus@meadow-clean.co.uk please provide address.

1.3 Issues/complaints

we will always try to provide a top service but if any work fall short we will arrange a free re clean if we are notified within 24 hrs of the clean after 24 hrs we may not re clean. please note we operate a no refund policy due to other factors beyond our control. we will rectify any any issues at long we are informed within 24 hrs of the clean unless it is due to any of the factors mentioned in section 1.0  

1.4 Payment

payment is required upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. payment via bank transfer please ask for payment slip with details and reference should be your address.

1.5 Damage

we inspect all windows and doors prier to clean and any damage to windows (glass and or frames) will be photographed reported to the client before the clean. if the client is happy for us to proceed with the clean we do not take any responsibility of any further damage that may arise in the cleaning process. if the client is not available we will not clean the damaged windows and doors we will not cleaned. 

gutter cleaning

2.0 What to expect 

we will carry our a clearing of debris using a gutter vac any cleaning of the outside of the guttering need to be stated before quotation. we require a power supply and may need a water supply. The customer agrees to allow us access at the allotted job time if the customer is not going to be present then arrangement should be made to allow us access to complete the job. 

2.1 Bad weather

we will clean in light rain any heavy rain or freezing conditions we will reschedule at the earlies availability.

2.2 Issues/complaints

we will always try to provide top service if any work fall short please contact us at the earliest possibility then we will reply promptly to rectify the issue. please be aware that gutter not cleared by us we will not be able to rectify. 

2.3 Payment

payment is required upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. payment via bank transfer please ask for payment slip with details and reference should be your address.

2.4 Damage 

we will do a visual inspection of all gutter prior to cleaning. any prior damage will be photographed and reported to the client. if the client is happy for the clean to go ahead than we will not take responsibility of any further damage. 

2.5 Cancellation/rescheduling

any cancelation will need to be made 48 hrs before the agreed job start day.

Pressure washing

3.0 What to expect

we will carry out a clean on the agreed area with a industrial pressure washer and if agreed sanding and sealing of the area we will require a main water supply. The customer agrees to allow us access to carry out the service if the customer is not going to be present then arrangement should be made to allow us access. customers is responsible to make sure that the area is clear of item or protected.

3.1 Bad weather

we will clean in rain any adverse conditions we will reschedule at the earlies availability.

3.2 Issues/complaints

we will always try to provide top service if any work fall short please contact us at the earliest possibility then we will reply promptly to rectify the issue. 

3.3 Payment

payment is required upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. payment via bank transfer please ask for payment slip with details and reference should be your address.

3.4 Damage 

we will do a visual inspection of all areas prior to cleaning. any prior damage will be photographed and reported to the client. if the client is happy for the clean to go ahead than we will not take responsibility of any further damage.

3.5 Liability disclaimer

pressure washing can remove any loose or weakened pointing or surface layer. when pressure washing near painted surfaces the paint could be blown away we will take every measure to limit the risk of these happening but meadow clean will not accept responsibility if these event occur. pressure washing can reveal pre existing damage to the surface that is being clean. the company will not accept responsibility during or after the pressure washing is complete. Cement dust stains black marks may not be remove by pressure washing alone and may need a strong cleaner to remove these marks. Any item left or not protected on the clean area the company is not liable for any damage that may occur to any items.

3.6 Cancellation/rescheduling

any cancellation will need to be made 48 hrs before the agreed job start day.
